Each session lasts approximately two months. The first lesson lasts 1 hour 15 minutes, followed by three lessons of 45 minutes each and a final lesson of 60 minutes. All five dates are agreed at the outset, with lessons approximately 10 to 14 days apart. Lessons are available in French, Spanish or English.

Individual online lessons via Google Meet or Zoom, in French, Spanish or English, for percussionists worldwide.

Before your first lesson: Prepare the equipment and music suited to your project. Position your camera so your playing movements are visible, and place your microphone or device clear of moving sticks or mallets. Make a short test recording with the setup you plan to use: play a few soft and louder notes, then listen back and adjust the placement or input level if the sound distorts.

The first session is planned for November–December 2026, followed by January–February 2027. Exact dates will be arranged individually across time zones. The schedule and terms will be confirmed before bookings open.

Planned programme fee: €300, with a choice of one payment or two €150 instalments once bookings open. No payment is requested at this stage.

Who it is for

Your starting point matters.

Beginners, amateurs, students, teachers and professionals: the programme is open to percussionists of all levels. There is no prescribed background. Together, we check that your goal, equipment and available practice time fit the session format.

You can bring a piece, a specific difficulty, an audition project or a question about how you practise. If your project needs more time, we define a realistic first step.

For participants who are minors, requests and lesson arrangements go through their parent or legal guardian.

The programme

Five lessons, your own progression.

1 · Take stock

First lesson · 1 hour 15 minutes

Assess your current situation, clarify your goal and build a practice plan that fits your daily life.

2–4 · Explore and adjust

Three lessons · 45 minutes each

Work on your project, test musical decisions and leave with exercises and guidance for your practice between lessons.

5 · Consolidate

Final lesson · 60 minutes

Review your work, identify what has changed and define your next priorities so you can continue with greater independence.

The approach draws on MTDM: understand the musical function, imagine the sound, choose concrete means, then listen and adjust. Discover the MTDM approach.

The programme complements your work with your main teacher. It includes lessons and practice guidance between them, with no ongoing feedback by message, unlimited support, automatic renewal or guarantee of results, competition success or admission.

A few questions

Do I need to be preparing an audition?

No. A piece, a difficult passage, a personal project or the organisation of your practice can all be starting points.

How do the lessons work?

Lessons are individual and online. We agree all five dates together at the outset. You need a stable internet connection and equipment suited to your project; we discuss this before confirming your place.

Can I choose the language of the lessons?

Yes: French, Spanish or English.

What happens between lessons?

You practise using the exercises and decisions agreed during the lesson. Teaching feedback takes place during lessons; the package does not include ongoing feedback by message.

Does getting in touch reserve a place?

Getting in touch does not reserve a place. I will first review your project and availability. If the programme can go ahead, I will send the proposed lesson dates, terms and payment arrangements before you decide whether to book. No booking or payment is accepted at this stage.

What about dates, payments and rescheduling?

The programme fee is €300, payable in one payment or two €150 instalments once bookings open. Exact lesson dates, payment deadlines and rescheduling terms are still being finalised and will be shared before any booking.

Can I continue after this session?

Yes, if it fits your project and there is availability in the next session. Continuing is a new decision, with no automatic renewal.
